Based on a George III armchair with rectangular padded back and seat, inlaid with panels
of black and scarlet lacquer on the back, arms and seat rail. The down-curved arms, inlaid with key patterns, acanthus
leaves, guilloches and fluting on square tapering legs are also inlaid.
